Living with MS hasn’t been easy. I’ve walked a long road of trial and error.
Autoimmune diseases (and other chronic illnesses) are often mysterious and complicated. They tend to mimic each other which make them difficult to diagnose without the proper tests.
I journeyed through many hopes and disappointments before I discovered the right and effective things to do to reclaim my life.
Had I continued to believe the overwhelming statistics given with my MS diagnosis in 1995, that grim outlook would have become my reality.
Instead, nineteen years later, I’m here with the heartfelt passion and commitment to being a resource and guide in helping you do the same.
Through years of trial and error, I discovered that there are 5 Pillars in the Alchemy of Hope and Healing. They are:
• Personal Advocacy – Exercising your right to choose your path to wellness
• Education – Learning the latest in medicine and health
• Belief – Changing your mind to change your life
• Nutrition – Fueling your body and feeding your brain
• Mobility – Strengthening your muscles and restoring movement
Living these 5 pillars changed my life in ways I once thought would be impossible to achieve. My most recent MRIs are proof—much to the surprise of my medical community—that everyone has the power to heal, stop and possibly reverse chronic illness.

Hope~Heal~Thrive Level I:
This 3-month one-on-one coaching program consists of a custom-tailored combination of 30 -60 minute coaching calls via phone or Skype focused on:
• Nutrition, so that you know exactly what to feed your body to promote healing and vitality,
• Exercise/movement, so that you can improve your strength and mobility as much as possible – regardless of your current condition,
• Mindset, so that the progress we make lasts, because changing your current circumstances requires you change the way you think too,
• Wellness strategies, so that you make choices that will foster healing more quickly,
• Support, so that you don’t give up, because the road can be bumpy, steep, and long,
• Medical referrals (if applicable), so that you can make informed decision about your clinical health choices.

• Exercise/movement, so that you can improve your strength and mobility as much as possible – regardless of your current condition,
• Mindset, so that the progress we make lasts, because changing your current circumstances requires you change the way you think too,
• Wellness strategies, so that you make choices that will foster healing more quickly,
• Support, so that you don’t give up, because the road can be bumpy, steep, and long,
• Medical referrals (if applicable), so that you can make informed decision about your clinical health choices.

In both levels, we will work through your personal process in step-by-step fashion so that you won’t ever feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or confused.
And, all of our phone sessions are recorded so that you can review anything we work through without worrying that you “missed” something. These call recordings will serve as supportive reminders to keep you on track and progressing.
You will also receive e-mail support from me throughout your coaching process. I know how important it is to get your questions answered, or just have a nudge in the right direction, and I want to make sure I’m available to do that for you.
